Muffins with peach cream, cocoa and amaretti




Last night my husband told me that he wanted a Dolcino, I said yes and started thinking about what to do and it was also quite fast, it occurred to me that I had bought large cups, here! I told myself, I make muffins .. and how? a few days ago I came to sample the company Cascina San Cassiano and there was a cream that intrigued me a lot, consisting of peaches, chocolate and macaroons, what better time to try it? And so were born these delicious muffins ...


300 gr. flour,
half teaspoon of baking powder,
20 cl. of milk, 2 eggs

120 gr. sugar, 125 gr

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and butter and flour the molds.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and sugar.

500 gr. of noodles, sausages

fresh mushrooms or frozen mixed,
garlic, olive oil, parsley, truffle carpaccio

In una padella capiente far rosolare l'aglio con l'olio, aggiungere la salsiccia sbriciolata e far rosolare, intanto mettere a scongelare i funghi, tagliarli a pezzetti e aggiungerli al composto, salare e pepare e far cuocere per 15-20 minuti finchè i funghi sono cotti. Lessare le tagliatelle una volta cotte versarle nella padella con i funghi, se occorre aggiungere dell'acqua di cottura della pasta, farla saltare bene, a fine cottura aggiungere un pò di olio del tartufo e decorare con le scaglie sempre del tartufo....vi assicuro che era da leccare i baffi!!!

800 gr. potatoes,
2 eggs, 50g

50 gr. Parmesan cheese, smoked

, asparagus
and carrots, bread crumbs
,
butter, salt and pepper to taste

Crumble biscuits in a food processor, add the chocolate chips and melted butter, mix well and put in a baking pan with parchment paper underneath, put in the fridge. Prepare cream, ricotta to drain well, add sugar, strawberries marinated with lemon, vanilla, mix well and refrigerate.
Prepare chocolate heart .. I drew a heart on baking paper and then measure the pan after dissolving the chocolate in a double boiler lying on the form and I also put this in the fridge.
