Plum cake with chocolate cream with pistachios



I think the plum is the king of sweets, is versatile, it's nice to see and you really can do "in every possible way!" I wanted try doing it with the flour Antigrumi del Molino Chiavazza I was very curious and I went with a cream made with pistachio pudding prepared for always Chiavazza del Molino, I must say it came really good and greedy!


Here's the recipe: Ingredients
:
250 gr. of flour, 150 gr
. sugar, 4 eggs

cocoa powder vanilla,

flakes or chocolate chips 1 bag

Preparation:

Far raffreddare il plumcake e decorare con cioccolato fondente sciolto a bagnomaria.e servirlo accompagnato dalla salsa al pistacchio, vi garantisco che è ghiottissimo!
