Heart of chocolate and strawberry



Today I want to present my sweet S. For the base: 250 gr
. biscuits with chocolate and hazelnuts,
100 gr. dark chocolate flakes,
100 gr. of butter.
For the filling: 500 gr
. Ricotta
100 gr. sugar
a basket of strawberries,
100 gr. of chocolate chips, vanilla

For the topping: 250 gr
. chocolate Dark black, white and dark chocolate
red scales for decorations.

Crumble biscuits in a food processor, add the chocolate chips and melted butter, mix well and put in a baking pan with parchment paper underneath, put in the fridge. Prepare cream, ricotta to drain well, add sugar, strawberries marinated with lemon, vanilla, mix well and refrigerate.
Prepare chocolate heart .. I drew a heart on baking paper and then measure the pan after dissolving the chocolate in a double boiler lying on the form and I also put this in the fridge.
Assembly: Remove the heart of cookies from the baking pan, spread over the cream cheese and strawberries, and finally put the heart of chocolate, decorate as desired and ... Happy St. Valentino all !!!!!
