the post below, today is Pancake Day! The Italian Mardi Gras is celebrated here in pancake (pancake type), both sweet and savory, and after the successes of the last 3 years shall not fail to keep the tradition.
the seasonings we have yet to decide (and we will make them for dinner), but it is unlikely we will miss the wonderful salmon & erbacipollina.
The event is so important that aside from the endless number of offers for related products in supermarkets, Michele prepare and eat them for lunch kindergarten (usually do not eat there).
