Sandwiches with kamut flour and diced salami
Ciao a tutti, il Natale è passato, spero che sia stato un sereno Natale per tutti voi and for your families, waiting for the new year I wanted to make these delicious sandwiches that have come and softest I have ever come, I'll keep this recipe for next time, the idea came to me because I had eaten at Salerno, then when we got home I tried to play with kamut flour del Molino Rossetto you call them again and surely I'll agree, are outstanding! Here's the recipe ....
Ingredients: 250 gr
. flour classical
250 gr. kamut flour, 2 eggs
,
a cube of yeast dissolved in a little warm milk,
50 gr. butter,
salt 1 tablespoon sugar,
if you need to add another drop of milk.
For the filling:
diced cold cuts. An egg white for brushing
Mix all ingredients, add the diced sausage and let it rise for an hour, until doubled in volume, then take small pieces of dough and make into balls, let rise again for another hour, brush with egg white and put in hot oven for 30-40 minutes .... enjoy!

In Europe Northern girls are adorned with candles, in Italy is celebrated with various goodies, this is nothing like that, but we use the date for a summary of our festive activities pre- Christmas. Yesterday
Dad & Sam led bike Michele to decorate the Methodist church: it was a good helper and where is the walk, including balls, figurines, ribbons and more. Even Sam & Dad have contributed as much as possible. Overall a great job, everyone will enjoy this evening to Carol Service (based on some celebration reading and many songs, some with Elena solo).
And speaking of songs, Sunday evening Sam & Michele accompanied ZiaMartaLabionda & Dad to a beautiful concert with orchestra, choir and corocon mammaelena children. 2 hours very pleasant, very good musicians, good evening, even for little children: ilpiccolo fell asleep late, but did not disturb, ilgrande admired enchanted the first time, then collapsed, almost literally had it not been Dad nearby on which to run.
Last week was the week of the tree, bought (two Sometimes, the first was too big, not that the latter is small), put in pot with stones, earth (ice) and moss (as well) and finally decorated by a delighted Michael (with the help of Dad , although probably in a few months to get an apartment to themselves ...). The first Sunday of Advent instead it was the turn of decorations and nativity scenes, then Mom & Michele have cut snowflakes, to remember those fallen abundant for two days. Kindergarten Michele has decorated the tree and the day after we have the mini-concert, where they sang for weeks, to the delight of the budding musician.
All ció Sam se la spassa vagando a 4 zampe o lungo i mobili, o ammirando in piedi: giá azzarda qualche passo prima di buttarsi, per Natale o l'anno nuovo praticamente camminerá! L'albero lo ha spaventato alquanto quando lo pungeva con gli aghi in macchina, ma in casa ne é affascinato, anche se un po' deluso perché i disgraziati hanno appeso tutto leggermente troppo in alto.

Sorry for the delay but the weeks fly here without realizing it ... .. The small
Cristina is very well, grows well and smiling ... made a lot of progress, as well as stand alone holding on to the sofa, she learned new syllables now says all day ... nanananana ... from which we approach mamamama who knows ... I do not do this wonderful Christmas present .. joke .. this is already a special Christmas ... in the first three ... dungeon! what we desiserato ! Tomorrow we will as usual the tree and the nativity scene ... a little 'smaller last year because the house is now a bit' fuller!
Sunday We spent a wonderful day ... we took the train and we met with our "consuoceri and our son" in Venice.
E 'was a great day to say the least: a good while last Sunday with no rain (just wanted it) and then we went to luxury as a "benefactor" has offered us a room in a luxurious restaurant on the Grand Canal just below Rialto Bridge! that c. ..!!! prorposito a bridge ... there have been occasions for a while 'gym up and down the bridges with strollers ... tiring but fun! !
but here the two puppies !!!!!

Festino mattutino con Michele e Mamma nel letto grande, con papá al telefono (é al lavoro, vuol dire che non si é congelato per strada, nonostante i -5.5 gradi).
E sento voci di torte speciali, prese dall'ultimo libro spedito da nonnaChiara .
Come primo compleanno non c'é male, e siamo solo all'inizio...
